The 25th annual Arkansas State University-Mountain Home Charity Golf Classic, sponsored by Yelcot, will be held June 6 and 7 at Big Creek Country Club.
The three-person scramble offers daily hole-in-one prizes, including a 2026 Ford Bronco and a Hawaiian vacation that includes eight rounds of golf for two in Maui. Four players will be selected at random to compete for a $1 million hole-in-one shot Saturday night.
Lunch is provided both days, and dinner is provided Saturday night. Teams can register at asumh.edu/golf.
The tournament has raised more than $622,100 over its first 24 years. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the ASUMH Dr. Robert L. Myers Technical Education Campus.
The technical campus works with local industry and other employers to develop programs that serve the region. Programs include welding, mechatronics, automotive services and boat manufacturing.
The 25,000-square-foot secondary center is an approved site of the Arkansas Department of Career Education and provides area high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school.
ASUMH is a public, open-access, two-year campus of the Arkansas State University System. It serves approximately 1,500 students a year.
