The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission will offer campaign training sessions for 2026 judicial candidates and their staff at two upcoming dates in Little Rock.
The commission will hold training sessions Friday, Aug. 22, and Friday, Sept. 5, both starting at 1:30 p.m. at the JDDC offices at 323 Center St., Suite 1060, in Little Rock.
The training sessions are designed to help judicial candidates understand campaign rules and regulations as they prepare for the 2026 elections.
Arkansas judicial candidates face unique campaign requirements that differ from other political races. Judges and judicial candidates must maintain the integrity and independence of the judiciary while seeking office.
The sessions are open to all declared and potential judicial candidates for the 2026 election cycle, as well as their campaign staff members and volunteers.
Registration is required for both sessions. Interested participants can register online at https://tinyurl.com/bdcak5nf or by scanning the QR code available on the commission’s website.
The Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission oversees the conduct of Arkansas judges and investigates complaints of judicial misconduct. The commission also provides education and guidance to help judges and judicial candidates comply with ethical standards.
Both training sessions will cover the same material, allowing candidates to choose the date that best fits their schedule.
