The Baxter Health Foundation will host its Bass Classic fundraising event featuring a banquet and fishing tournament Nov. 7-8, with proceeds supporting three health care facilities.
The Bass Classic Banquet is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 7, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Baxter County Fairgrounds. The event will include a barbecue dinner, silent auction, live band and raffle drawings. Tickets are $75 each.
The fishing tournament will follow on Saturday, Nov. 8, at Panther Bay Park Boat Launch on Lake Norfork. The first flight will launch at 7 a.m., with weigh-in at 2 p.m. Entry costs $200 per boat, and cash prizes will be awarded.
Sponsorship packages range from $250 to $10,000. The premier sponsorship at $10,000 includes two boat registrations, eight banquet tickets with swag bags, and recognition opportunities. Other levels include diamond ($7,500), platinum ($5,000), gold ($2,500), silver ($1,500), bronze ($500) and supporter ($250).
All sponsorship levels include recognition on the foundation’s website, social media and event T-shirts, with most packages also offering banquet tickets and opportunities to provide promotional items for tournament bags. Sponsorships must be received by Aug. 15 to be included on event T-shirts.
Proceeds will support the Mruk Family Center on Aging, Peitz Cancer Support House and Schliemann Center for Women’s Health.
