Centennial Bank has promoted Chanda Claypool to branch manager and Danyel Lucas to assistant branch manager at its Mountain Home location.
Claypool brings more than 15 years of banking experience to the role. Lucas brings more than 10 years. Both are natives of the area.
Theresa Stillman, the bank’s senior vice president, praised the pair. “I see great leadership qualities in Chanda and Danyel, compassion for staff and customers and a drive to take care of business for both,” Stillman said. “We are excited for the future of our Mountain Home location.”
Centennial Bank is a subsidiary of Conway-based Home BancShares Inc., which trades on the New York Stock Exchange. The bank traces its roots to a 1999 charter and took the Centennial name across its Arkansas affiliates in 2008. It now operates branches in Arkansas, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, South Alabama and New York City.
The Mountain Home branch is at 665 Highway 62 E.
