Four Arkansas State University-Mountain Home students recently completed the Arkansas State University System Student Leadership Institute, a program designed to develop leaders across the system’s two-year campuses.
Ty Tilton, Blair Huggins, Jillian Dillon and Ava Fosness participated in the program, which included workshops, networking opportunities and conversations with university and community leaders focused on leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
The students were recognized at a final session alongside Stephanie Beaver, ASUMH Dean of Student Affairs; Dr. Robert Myers, interim ASU System president; and Megan Gross, executive assistant to the president and executive secretary to the Board of Trustees. Fosness completed the program but was unable to attend the final session.
