Happy New Year’s Eve, Mountain Home!
It’s been a long year, and I know many are looking forward to celebrating the end of it.
We’re officially at the end of week two of our soft-launch, and we want to say thank you!
My wife and I knew that starting a new media outlet in town would be difficult, but your support has made the Observer’s launch successful. With your help, the Observer reached over 10,000 people in our area in the first two weeks!
Thank you!
We were not expecting to see numbers like that in our first month, and we’re genuinely grateful for your support and viewership.
That said, we know we have a lot of work to do. We’re currently putting together an advertising package for those who have asked to advertise with us, and we’re working on getting our phone app up and running.
Comics and puzzles will also be making their way to the website now that the holidays are over.
We know that we have to continue to earn your readership. We can’t fall asleep at the wheel.
For those that wish to subscribe to us, that feature will start in April as promised. For now, enjoy all content for free!
The best way to support us at this time, is to read and share our content, and send us your news or any story ideas. The more we know about what’s going on in town, the more local news we produce!
We’ve written some great articles these past two weeks and we can’t thank everyone enough for sitting down with us and sharing their stories. It’s been an honor.
You can send your news submissions to [email protected]
Also, don’t forget to check out our community calendar! It’s live, and it’s already packed with events for January.
Thank you again for the support and feedback you’ve shown us these past two weeks. Enjoy tonight’s festivities!

Stay safe and God bless,
Chris Fulton,
Owner, Mountain Home Observer
