We’ve made it half way there! June officially marks our sixth month in business over here at the Mountain Home Observer. We could not have done it without you!
It’s been a long road to get to this point and there’s still more work to do, but our online experiment is really starting to catch on.
Our election coverage was a breakthrough moment for us and expanded our audience throughout Arkansas. Welcome new readers!
As mentioned before, we’ve been focusing on getting our subscription numbers up since we rolled them out last month. With your help of $7.99 a month, both me and Alison can continue to report on the news that really matters here in Mountain Home, even the news that ruffles feathers.
Our special summer print edition is currently in the works and more news should be dropping on that sooner than later.
Until next time, here’s a photo gallery of some of our best photos to celebrate the Observer making it to the half way point of our first year in business.
