On Thursday, November 2, at 5 p.m. the Mountain Home Public Schools Board of Education will host a work session related to facilities. The meeting will be held at the district’s administration office and will begin with a first read of the district’s Facilities Master Plan from Director of Operations Chris Knight.
Following the presentation, the public will have the opportunity to make comments related to facilities until 6 p.m. At that time, the Board will enter a facilities training session provided by Aliza Jones, a member of the Arkansas Association of School Facilities Planners. The training session will be open to the public.
Depending on the number of people interested in participating in the public comment portion of the meeting, speaking times may be limited. In order to accommodate those who have comments but cannot attend the meeting, a digital form has been created. The results of this form will be shared with the Board members and district administration.
