City Council will be covering a light agenda for its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday.
The agenda will cover the purchase of a new truck for the city, the annexation of some public land, legislation covering the Mayor’s ability to apply liens to collect money owed to the city from certain properties, and legislation covering city employee compensation plans.
