The Mountain Home High School FBLA Chapter participated in the 2022 Arkansas FBLA State Leadership Conference in Little Rock on April 4 and April 5.
Twenty-eight members of the chapter competed across 19 events, with 17 of those students advancing to the national level competition. The 2022 FBLA National Leadership Conference will be held in Chicago, IL June 29 – July 3, 2022.
Placing in the top 4 at the State Leadership Conference and advancing to nationals are:
1st Place Data Analysis: Haley Franks and Lily Foster
1st Place Entrepreneurship: Bailey Stockfisch
1st Pace Parliamentary Procedures: Brandon Belicek, Cadence Webster, Jace Godfrey, Colton Cooley
2nd Place Public Speaking: Hannah Carlisle
2nd Place Business Management: Brooke Bayless, Maranda Jones, Reagan Webb
2nd Place E-Business: Kylie Andrews
2nd Place Business Calculations: Emmanuel Westra
2nd Place Securities & Investments: Nicholas Stanton
3rd Place Hospitality & Event Management: Sadie Quick, Merritt McConnell, Brooke Queen
Placing 4th place in Who’s Who was Taylor Schumacker.
In addition to members competing in events, two members were elected to the 2022-23 AR FBLA State Officer Team. Gracyn Goodwin will serve as Treasurer and Jace Godfrey will serve as Parliamentarian.
