Mountain Home Water/Sewer customers experience delay in receiving statements

Many Mountain Home Water/Sewer customers have experienced a delay in receiving their statements this month.   The water department’s billing agency processed and mailed the statements on January 3, 2022, but some still have not received them as of January 11, 2022.   Those who have not received a statement may pay online by going to the and click on the “online bill pay” tab.   We apologize for the inconvenience.  If you have any questions, please contact the office at 870-425-5115.  We can give you a balance and print or email a copy of the statement to you.   We appreciate your patience in this matter.
