Nina Denton Howell, APRN, has received a Heroes with Halos Award from Baxter Health.
Howell was presented the award by Brian Barnett, VP of physician enterprise and business development; Rachel Gilbert, VP and chief nursing officer; Clinic Office Manager Jennifer Helms; and members of the clinic staff.
A patient nominated Howell, praising her clinical skill and the ease of talking with her about anything.
“Nina is a phenomenal provider. She is brilliant in her practice and takes care of her patients,” the patient wrote. “I always feel comfortable when I see her and that I can talk to her about anything with my health that’s going on.”
The patient also credited Howell’s bedside manner and sense of humor, writing that Baxter Health is lucky to have her.
