Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders has appointed Mountain Home businesswoman Heather Maxey to a seven-year term on the Arkansas State University System Board of Trustees.
Maxey succeeds immediate past board chair Steve Eddington of Benton, who served five years. Her term runs through Jan. 14, 2033.
