It’s the second day of the North Arkansas Fly Fishers’ (NAFF) annual Sowbug Roundup return to the Baxter County Fairgrounds. This year’s roundup focuses on celebrating the Elegant Wet Fly.
The convention opens bright and early this morning at 9 a.m. and will be open until 4 p.m.
