Women who don’t exercise can lose anywhere from 3 to 8% of their muscle mass each decade as a result of inactivity. Studies show that doing strength training can promote bone development, reduce lower back pain, and reverse several skeletal muscle aging factors.
Kickboxing has become a very popular sport for many because it provides an amazing workout, and challenges many of our senses and capacities.
If you want to feel better about your body, both in how it looks and how it performs, these sessions are for you!
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, class capacity is limited to 15. Masks are required, social distancing is strictly observed and registration is required. Call (870) 508-2345 today!
